Our Engineers are professionally trained by the respective principle companies which
we deal and undergo regular training programs, as a part of the Instruments being
upgraded or a new product being launched.
Our Service policy includes the Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC), which has proven
to be highly beneficial for the customers, as it has brought down the Instrument
break down to a large extent. Non AMC customers may also avail our service by paying
the prescribed On call charges.
AMC Charges and On call charges are decided by the parent company and varies from
instrument to instrument.
